Born and raised in the Midwest and after living in Costa Rica and London, Carol's visit to Palm Springs in 1998, the last of many "visits" that began in the early 1980s, ended with her being so enchanted with the desert's allure that she never left! Since then, she has enjoyed the desert's evolution into an internationally acclaimed destination with world-class attractions and events, as well as internationally acclaimed architecture, unbeatable weather, breathtaking natural beauty, and small-town living. Carol received her California real estate license in 2001 and has enthusiastically shared her passion for the area and its amenities with clients. Her other passions are reading history and cookbooks, cooking, basketball, and desert trivia.
Over two decades of guiding transactions have made her an outstanding resource for the Coachella Valley market. Her strengths are in negotiating, communicating efficiently, organization skills, and staying on top of the details. Carol's unwavering commitment is evident in her volunteer work, as well. When not helping clients find their dream homes, she's being of service for local alcohol and substance abuse recovery programs, including as a Board member of the annual SITS Roundup in Palm Springs, and feeding the area's unhoused population. Carol has a BS degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
